FAQ
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit to book a trip?
A: Yes, a 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. The rest is due day of charter.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes. We have a 10% Military and First Responder discount.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Yes. Trips canceled 14 days in advance will be offered a full refund. Trips cancelled under 14 days will forfeit their deposit and their trip will be cancelled.

Q: Do you have an inclement weather policy?
A: Yes. We will make every attempt to not let weather effect trips and have backup plans. In the event that a trip is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will have the choice of either a full refund being issued or booking a trip at a future date. Sometimes, these cancellations will happen at the dock at charter time due to unexpected weather. While this is unfortunate, safety is our primary concern on any trip.

Q: Do I need a fishing license?
A: No, our license covers everything you will need.

Q: Do I need to bring my own tackle or gear?
A: No. While you are more than welcome to bring a favorite fishing pole or your own tackle that you want to use, we have everything you need.

Q: Are food and drinks supplied?
A: Yes, in limited quantities. We will have a cooler with ice for anything you bring as well as water and coca-cola. Please feel free to bring any food or snacks and drinks you want.

Q: Is Alcohol allowed?
A: Yes. NO GLASS ALLOWED. CANS ONLY. Beer, and wine coolers are allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO HARD LIQUOR. While we want you to have a good time, safety is our number one concern. All alcohol should be consumed in moderation. If anyone on the trip becomes drunk, disorderly, or otherwise threatens the safety of the trip the charter will be terminated immediately, and a refund will NOT be issued.

Q: How do I Book a trip?
A: You may book online with a credit card by going to Fishingbooker.com. You may also call, text, or email to book a charter. We accept credit card over the phone. If the day or time slot is not available online, please call, text, or email to confirm availability. Sometimes we will be able to fit multiple trips in on the same day.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Sunscreen, food, drinks, snacks, bug spray. NO SPRAY SUNSCREEN ALLOWED. Please dress appropriately. Comfortable clothing is recommended as well as long sleeves or layers. You can always take layers off. Often times is it cooler on the water and in the mornings and evenings than on land. Please do not bring a cooler to take on the boat for fishing trips. We have ample cooler space for whatever food and drinks you would like to bring. Please BRING additional coolers for beach trips is so desired. Please BRING a cooler if you plan on taking your catch home with you. Leave the cooler in your vehicle and we can get it after the trip.

Q: Do you clean the fish that we catch if we want to take them home?
A: Yes. The captain will clean you catch for you once arriving back at the dock if you desire.

Q: What are the catch limits on the boat per person?
A: All GADNR rules and regs will be observed during the fishing charter. In the spirit of conservation, we have implemented additional catch limits for certain species. While our limits are stricter than GADNR, we feel this is a necessary step to preserve our fishery for years to come. Unless listed below, normal GADNR regs apply.
